1947- Transistor: Circuit inside the cable. It connects the network and teche computer.
1950- Headphones: are used in schools, improves listening skills. Nathaniel Baldwin discovered the headphones.
Slide Rule- Developed by William Ultred and others. Most commonly used calculator in science and engineering.
1951- Video Tapes: were used as an exciting method of instruction. Discovered by Charles Kingsberg.
1953- IBM (International Business Machine): came out with their first computer machine. IBM 701 was discovered by Thomas Watson JR, its for education purposes only,
1957- Reading Accelerator: was a simple device designed to help students to read more efficiently. Discovered by Racquel Barton.
Skinner Teaching Machine: BF Skinner developed a series of device such as the teaching machine that allows the students to proceed at his or her own phase through program instruction. Developed by Sydney L. Presy on 1920.
1958- Educational Television: using this, there were more than 50 channels of TV which includes education programming that aired across the country.
1959- Photocopier: Xerographic office photocopying was inter used by Xerox. Discovered by Chester Calson.
1963- Computer Assisted Instruction: Discovered in Stanford University in used of Mathematics and reading purposes.
Mouse: Pointing device invented by Douglas Engelberg.
1965- Filmstrip Viewer: Allows student to watch filmstrip at their own phase.
1969- Internet: First internet is the Arphanet. Interconnected networks of computers.
1972- Handheld Calculator: Used in classrooms.
1972- The Scatron System of Testing: Introduced by Michael Sokolski. Allows teachers to check and grade test mark quickly and efficiently.
1973- The First Mobile Phone was Released. The first mobile phone was called “MOTOROLA”, developed by Martin Cooper.
1973- Birth of Microsoft: Discovered by Bill Gates.
1977- The Apple II Computer: Discovered by Steve Wozniak.
1980- Plato Computer: One of the most used early computers. Discovered by Donald L. Bitzer.
1981- IBM Introduced its First Personal Computer: IBM Modal 5150, is the first personal computer of IBM.
1985- CD ROM Drive: Storage medium that could store text video and audio.
1985- Era of Educational Computer Games: Mavis Beacon, teach students how to type fast. Includes learning geography, numbers, mathematical skills, typing test.
1990- World wide Web: Invented by Tim Berners Lee, interconnection of the hyperlink of the documents and the IP addresses of all the computers worldwide.
T1-81 Calculator: Discovered in 1990, graphs up to format functions at once developed by Texas Instrments.
1991- Laptop: Powerbook is the first laptop. Machintous Portable Laptop
1993- Personal Digital Assistance: Used for computing, storing data and information, scheduling.
1996- Mini Computer: Nokia was the first ever mobile phone called as “mini computer”
1998- Ebook: The first Ebook reader was called as rocket book and soft book reader.

I want to integrate technology to my teaching. I believe that technology, on this time and generation is the most indemand modes for the teaching and learning process.
